hie hie... hahaKx!! long time no blog le... e whole 5 daes were in OBS in Pulau Ubin N nvr go school.. yoohoo!! hahaKx!! nw wanna blog my memorable 5 daes camp in OBS singapore...

1st dae..
oL e sec 3s were gathered in class at e netball court to be sent to pungol jetty to take a bumb boat & bring us to Pulau Ubin.. hahaKx!! evrthn was oLryte till Mrs Oh "my principal" came to hav a speech... hahaKx!! wat a "nag"...... soon aft tht... we were on e wae to e jetty N to Pulau Ubin le...
once reach... we were oL grouped into our watches... i was away frm my clix.. like boo,sikai,silas and others ah... i was in watch "Magellan" at first i thot i was in a "no hope" watch... hahaKx!! cz nt oL e ppL R close to me mahx... bt i was happy wen i got to noe tht hakimin was in my watch... so in de end Magellan's watch consists of ::

yes... dis were the watch's members... hahaKx!! =P soon aftr e groupin... we were oL gathered wit our instructor.. "YarYar" n took our watch picture infront of e pyramid wall... aft tht... we did some admin stuffs... into ourselves.. den we went to our campsite.. which was deep in e jungle.. learnt some new knots... pitch our tents.. N den went back dwn to our store... we took our 5 daes food ration N pack oL of it in plastic bags... hahaKx!! aftr dat... we ate our lunch.. change to our wet attire, took our life-vest which mine was "MG3" n went straight to e beach fer our Kayak lessons... foohoo!! i was soOo damn lookin frward n Xcited too!! hahaKx!! bt *sigh* our time was pushed back bcoz of magdelene... didnt dared to go in e water...ol of our mood was dampered... cz oL of us were eagered to get in our kayaks N kayak away... haiz... aftr bout 1/2 hour persuadin... she agreed to kayak!! soOo oL of us did e capsize drill!! whoa!! evr1 did it.. hahakx!! i was kayakin wit hakim... aftr rescuin 2 kayaks... wtr was gettin in our kayak.. we were SINKING!! hahakx!! luckily.. dere's melissa N cheryl which was frm other watch was dere to rescue us... as e others frm my watch was oleady at e shore... =P
soOo aftr e tired journey kayakin... we move to our cookin place N cooked maggie... hahaKz!! wat a dinner... bt nt full ozo ahs... i jz filled my stomach dats oL.. den aftr washin up N oL... yaryar teached us 1 lame game... it was played wit markers.. e game goes like.. "this is a superman" "a what??" "a superman" "oOooh a superman.." hahaKx!! i dont thnk by readin dis u wld undstand.. bt nvm.. if u wanna learn.. can find me oR other Magellan members.. hahaKx!! =P tht's all bout my first dae... hehe!! nt soOo great lah....

2nd dae..
woke up early in e mornin... *sigh* soOo draggy... did our mornin exercise... "THIGH boxin"
and "Fencing" hahas!! jz some exercise my instructor made up... aftr dat... saw some watches left camp 1 fr their Xpedition... haiz.. as i saw dem go... i jz noe i'll miss her alot de.. hahaKx!! cz wont c her wen she goes fer e Xpedtion mahs... anwaes... my watch den.. ate breakfast N wore our harness N helmet.. whch was also "MG3" N went to e belay school.. bt first.. we did e thrust fall... is e thng dat u will fall on ur back on a mat where uR other members will stretch it... =P tht was kinda fun... hehe!! den we were blindfold N walk a dstance... aftr dat.. haha... tim acc touched someone... "hoi!! don anyhow touch larr" den tim wif his blurr face answered "i thought Zhuan Zhe" hahakx!! we learnt hw to belay @ e belay sch... dere's some command dat we had to learnt.. climber" "am i on belay" belayer: "no uR not" climber: "tht's me" belayer: "squeeze check... pull check... yaryar check.." climber: "climbing" belayer: "climb on.." when goin dwn... climber: "falling" belayer: "squeeze check... pull check... yaryarcheck... fall on" soon aftr dat it was purin.. "cat1" soOo we climbed e low indoor wall...
aftr dat listened to some map readin lessons frm yar yar.. as we were goin to e 2d1n Xpedition dae aftr nxt.. whch we must read off e map ourselves... *yawnx* evr1 was tired... tryin our best to open our eyes... hahaKx!! den aftr dat... yaryar gav us a 5 min break... evr1 of us fall back N slept... N surprisngly... our 5 min turn to more den 1/2 hour.. hahas!! FOOHOO wat a break...
aftrwhich... we were in a frenly game wit another watch... "COOK" we played a game called a number game or smth liddat.. hahas!! n we WON!! hahakx!! aiyah.. bt by onie few mini secs.. N olso it was jz a frenly game.. hehes!!
wen e pouring stops... we went to e artificial rock wall to climbed... at first... i tried to climb e diff wan.. whch i cant even reach half of it... hahas!! so climb e beginner wan.. N whoa!! nt even 10 min i was done wit it... hahaKx!! frm noon.. it turn to nght v soon... we cooked our dinner under e rain... dis time rice... hahas!! n aftr dat... wrote our journal... hahaKx!! had a great laughed dat time.. e whole watch was laughin like MAD.. oL stomach pain le... N ouh yah... magdelyn went back le... whch was much relief to e watch.. =P cz we didnt wan her to suffer anmore.. we also learnt a new game frm yaryar... hahaKx!! e "dadida game" hehes!! aftr dat... went back to our tents.. N slept...

3rd dae..
wake up earlie mornin agn... unpitch our tents N went dwn to campsite 1... oL ready wit our backpacks.. N planned our destination N restpoint... aftr oL ready... we set off to our first checkpoint.. Puaka Hill.. e highest point in Ubin... a 4.8km hike... whoa!! is like goin thru cross country wif a cow on ur back... *sigh* in e watch.. hahaKx!! i thnk my bag was filled e heaviest, as i was e food IC on tht dae.. i carried moz of e canned food... more den 10... wah!! can die... soOo we hiked.. under the scorching heat... =( after bout 2 hours or so... we reached our detination... N frm Puaka Hill... we can see a quarry!! wat a BREATHTAKING view it was!! i really did enjoiy e scenery frm up dere... how i wish i cld hav tht type of scenery in front of my house.. hahakx!! aftr our lunch... we went back dwn.. N hiked back to campsite 2... another 4.8 + 1.2 km... altogether we hiked fer abt 10.8km with a heavy bag on our backs... to make it worse... all the boys had to carry e tent bags wit the tents inside!! "JIA LAD" hahaKx!! i was all the way the sweeper or how tim and i called it "the BatMan".. kept motivatin e peepz behind to push up... so tht we'll reached our destination faster... haiz fer another 3 hours or so... hiked back... n we finally reached!! hooray for Magellan!! we then pitched our tents N were ready for our next activity... whch was the HIGH elements... hahaKx!! i was kinda scared lookin at it... bt wat e heck... i didnt paid few hundred dollars N not doin any activity... soOo aftr tim N kian climbed.. hakim N i climbed... hehes!! we were confident at first... budden aftr e rope stairs.. we were oleady wanted to fall... bt our watch mates asked us to go on... soOo 1 by 1 e log we climbed... hehe!! N do u noe hw long we took?? we hung dere fer 1 and 1/2 hours!! hahakx!! wit our jelly legs we climbe 1 log by another.. hehes!!!
aftr dat... we had our dinner.... bt is cooked fer us dis time... whoa!! soOo shiok... finally real gd food... bt actualli... nt tht nice lahs... in camp 2... our watch also played murderer... hee!! as my mood wasnt tht high... i kept mixin up fer bein police N e murderer... hahaKx!! evrtime wen im e police... i wld kill ppl... hehe!! haiz.. at tht time.. i was missin sm1 soOo badly... hee!! kept lookin at e stars N e moon... realised tht e sky was soOo beautifuL!!
den.. we had a briefin fer our KAYAKING expedition tht we wld be havin e nxt dae... evr1 was excited.. hees!! Tim frm our watch was voted to B 1 of the Xpedition leaders... N den he bcame the leading front of the whole group, as the navigator... hehes!! aftr tht.. we packed our bags agn... got ready fer tmoro... n den went straight to sLp... bt dis time.. my tent was wit hussaini N silas... whch was frm other watch... hehe!! didnt had a great nght thou... quite fast ah e sleep... heeS!
wat a tirrin 3rd dae i had!! bt quite a great Xperienced thou... hiking... hahas!!

4th dae..
woke up earlie as fer usual... unpitched N had our breakfast... hahaKx!! evr1 watch tht was goin fer e kayak expedition was Xcited fer e journey... the 4 watches was Magellan,Cook,Hilarry and Livestone... aftr breakfast.. ol of us put our bags in the instructors safety boats.. N we oL ready to kayak... we started our journey bout 8 liddat... hahakx!! felt great kayakin wit such a BIG group... i kayaked wit handsome... =) halfawae thru e journey... it started pourin HEAVILY... evr1 tought tht we wld go back to shore... bt we didnt.. we had our poncho on... N stayed in our kayak N floated on our kayaks!! foohoo!! my fav part of e whole Xpedition... hahaKx!! cz playin in e rain is my fav past times mahs... hahaKx!! aftr bout 45 mins liddat... e sun strted to rise N shine on us... the plan was actualli to kayaked e around the whole Ubin.. bt bcoz of time constrain... we didnt... we turn back.. N kayaked back to camp2.. whoa!! wat a tirrin N hot journey... we took bout 3 hours or so... phew!! finally we made it... we den pitched our tents... ate dinner.. N were doing storing back our stuffs... bt in e end... it felt like only me... handsome N zhuan zhe were doin e work... as tim was burnt hot!! evrwher... elizabeth,ling,rabiah was sick... whoa!! 4 mates dwn... den we didnt wanna trouble e gurls wit heavy wrk... soOo 3 of us did most of e wrk... wah!! storing wasnt as easy as we thought... we could nt risk to loose anthn... as we were suppose to pay fer it... haiz.. i was headache oL ova as i was e IC on tht dae... looked up N dwn fer pots... N some other stuffx ahs... whoa!! can die... bt atleast... i finally can see her le... hahaKx!! wat a relief... aftr tht.. as our storing olmost done.. N evr1 wash up le...we went to our campsite to slP...

5th dae... [last dae]
*sigh* finally last dae.. unpitched fer e last time... den breakfast.. n storing... haiz... was still so so tired bcoz of the Xpedition... luckily we only lost 1 whistle N broke 1 funnel... soOo we only paid $1.40 fer it... dis last dae... den i felt tht OBS was kinda fun aftr oL.. hahaKx!! not only i had fun... i ozo got to noe ppl more... like.. we're no more the type of 'hie-bye' frens... heheKx!!
aftr evrthn was ok... Magellan + yaryar went to e jetty N evaluate bout wat we did the whole 5 daes... it was kinda meaningful to me... i dnnoe Y ozo.. hahas!! den we talk bout wat we gonna commit to aftr the camp... N wat we gonna get rid off... we did the stone throw activity.... haiz... last dae iM gonna spent wit my watch buddies... hehe!! i realised tht 5 dae was soOo fast pass by our eyes... =) too fast i thnk... olthou we were abit "tortured" bt it was oL great FUN!! den... we went shopping... went to buy 2 OBS tee... hehe!! den we signed a OBS poster N present it to our beloved instructor... Serene Yar "yaryar" hahas!! took alot of pix tgether... wit e watch... wit her.. wit nerdyz... wit band members... hahaKx!! bottomline is... the 5th dae dat hit me really hard... i suddenly felt tired no more... felt pain no more... ol i felt was PURE FUNness... heheKx!! den we set off in a bumboat straight to singapore... wen we reached punggol... we saw yaryar on another boat.. oL of us shoted our last goodbyes!! hehes!!
