a great dae wit e NCO's!!

todae's dae was ok ok lah... went to school as per usual... ermph... wat i can sae is dat... dere's nthn much in school tdae.. haha!!
aftr sch... went to fri prayers wit wafiy.. N den we went to band tgther wit zul whom we ltr met at our block void deck... went to band.. saw mr poh whu is oleady dere... teachin e saxaphone... soOo i started settin up N warm up... den... seri N i talked to e section bout wat we felt bout the section... esp wat we thnk bout the juniors N our only sec 2.. Johnathan... we told dem tht they shl learn music faster.. nt daydream ard in band... as dere's really no time for wastin time durin in band... N we told dem our Xpectations... N we olzo told john 2 take care of the juniors well wen oL e sec 3s hav gone to OBS dis comin mondae... den combine... played our 'norm' songs ryte nw... Aventura and As If On Wings...
aftr band.. zul N i rushed to VCH wit his brother... we were goin to watch Orchird Park band concert... yesh.. wit some of my NCOs frenx.. like Saiful... Wanie.. Haris.. Jaryl.. N Sharir... yesh it was ok... bt e band was FANTASTIC!!
i was blown away wit their dynamic pieces like "Postcard From Singapore" "Evergreen 70s" and their SYF choice piece... "Merrywidow" dey were soOo damn good... balance.. dynamics.. tone... oL was gd... i was really enthralled by the performance!!
there were also a choir performance by Orchird Park choir... they were quite good too... i like it especially wen the band and the choir combine in a singin combination of the song "When You Believe" by the animated movie "Prince Of Egypt" it was so so GOOD!!
now.. i really wonder how can the band jump up soOo high frm a COP to a Gold wit Honour in SYF... isnt tht AMAZIN!! haiz... how i wish JYSB were as good... i really wanna our band to buck up and play up to standard...
note to oL JYSBians... *hey... i guess.. we really need to buck up nw... we cant keep on playin wit our current standard... we really do need to work XTRA HARD... and to teachers... i hope u would extra extra support us... atleast by givin us more tim to practice... pls???
